Tonight, the Women’s Fund of Central Indiana hosted a powerful and intentional welcome event marking the transition from OPTIONS Class 24, now proud alumnae, to the incoming OPTIONS Class 25. The evening wasn’t just a celebration — it was a symbolic passing of the torch, grounded in legacy, learning, and a shared commitment to advancing women and girls across Central Indiana.

About the OPTIONS Program
The OPTIONS program, led by Women’s Fund of Central Indiana, is a 10-month leadership and education experience created to help participants better understand the critical issues impacting women and girls — and how to take meaningful action.
Through monthly two-hour sessions, participants engage in:
Guest speakers
Field trips and community exploration
Leadership development opportunities
Honest conversations around equity, identity, and impact
The program is open to participants 25 years and older and is built to empower individuals to use their work, wealth, and wisdom to help build a community where women and girls can truly thrive.
What Participants Gain
By the end of the program, OPTIONS participants walk away with:
A deeper understanding of gender equity and its intersection with race and other identities
A personal giving plan aligned with their values
Hands-on experience in group grantmaking
Tools to better support women- and girl-serving nonprofits as volunteers, donors, and board members
More than anything, participants gain clarity on how their voices and resources can drive real systems-level change.
A Moment Bigger Than One Night
Tonight’s event was a reminder that leadership is not a solo journey — it’s collective. OPTIONS Class 24 leaves behind a strong foundation, while Class 25 steps forward with curiosity, commitment, and purpose.
